Requirements:
• 7 days to request return (from delivery)
• 14 days to ship back (from delivery)
• Original tags attached
• New condition (unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed)
• Free from makeup, deodorant, hair, perfume, dust, or other residues

⚠️ FINAL SALE ITEMS – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under ANY circumstances:

  • Sample Sale Bridal Items
    • All sample sale bridal gowns are FINAL SALE and sold as-is
    • Condition photos + acknowledgment contract emailed within 2 business days
    • 48 hours to approve/reject photos (no reply = acceptance)
    • Once approved, shipping proceeds and sale is final
    • Gowns may include: pulls, loose threads, missing beads, worn hemlines, etc.

  • ALL Bridal Gowns (In-Store & Online)
    • Off-the-rack gowns
    • Made-to-order gowns
    • Made-to-measure gowns

  • Idina Bride Collection
    • All FINAL SALE, no exceptions

  • Made-to-Order & Designer Items
    • 48 hours to cancel after purchase
    • After 48 hours → 25% cancellation fee (if not yet submitted)
    • Once submitted to designer → no cancellation allowed
    • Signed contract required (within 7 business days)
    • Returns are FINAL SALE

  • Accessories & Undergarments
    • No returns due to hygiene (undergarments, jewelry, hair accessories, etc.)

  • Sale Items
    • Exchanges only for size/availability
    • Store credit may be issued (expires in 12 months)


Return Process (For Eligible Items Only)

⚠️ Critical Timelines:

  • Request return within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days

  • Late requests/shipments = NOT accepted

  • Original shipping non-refundable

  • Must be in new condition with tags

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log into your order confirmation email / website account

  2. Request return for item

  3. Prepaid return label emailed within 2 business days

  4. Ship using provided carrier (remove old labels)

If issues: email operations@nadiasevening.com with order number.


Exchanges

⚠️ Once an exchange is completed, it is FINAL.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Standard items (same style/size change)

  • Sale items (size exchange only, if available)

  • Not eligible: Made-to-order & designer items

Process:

  • Same as return process

  • Select "exchange for size"

  • Once original item is received, replacement is shipped free


Refunds

  • Standard refunds → original payment method, minus $9.95 return fee

  • Store credit option → no fee

  • Processing time: 10–14 business days

  • Confirmation email sent once processed


International Orders

  • Customer pays shipping + insurance

  • Customs, duties, taxes = customer responsibility

  • If refused/undeliverable → 75% forfeited, 25% store credit only


Return Requirements

All returns must:

  • Be initiated within the stated window

  • Be in new condition with tags

  • Show no wear, damage, or alterations

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, dust, etc.

⚠️ Returns not meeting standards will be rejected and sent back at customer’s cost.


Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Must contact operations@nadiasevening.com before filing disputes

  • Chargebacks in violation of policy may result in:
    • Loss of return eligibility
    • $50 admin fee
    • Collections referral

We maintain full transaction/condition/photo records for dispute resolution.


Defective Items / Shipping Errors


In-Store Purchases

  • Evening gowns → 7-day exchange/store credit (NO refunds)

  • Final sale (no returns): made-to-order, custom, accessories, undergarments, seamstress work

  • Bridal gowns → ALL FINAL SALE
