Influencer Program

Background

We’re excited to partner with creators who share Nadia’s passion for style, confidence, and memorable moments. Through this collaboration, selected influencers will receive complimentary Nadia’s products in exchange for creating and sharing authentic promotional content across their social media platforms.

This is a product-exchange collaboration, and no monetary compensation will be provided.

By participating, the influencer grants Nadia’s a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, share, edit, reproduce, and repurpose the content created through this collaboration for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. This includes organic and paid use across social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing channels.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Content Delivery

The influencer must create and publish all agreed content within two (2) weeks of receiving the Gifted Products, unless otherwise arranged with the Nadia's collaborations team.
HIgh-resolution versions of all content created as part of this collaboration must be provided to Nadia's.

Content Requirements

INSTAGRAM & TIKTOK

All posts must include:

A tag to [@nadiasevening] within the photo/video.
A mention of [@nadiasevening] in the caption.
The hashtags #nadias #nadiasevening and #idinabride
Optional hashtags to boost engagement: #nadiaseveningdress #dressesbynadias

ENGAGEMENT

Respond to audience questions on collaboration posts — e.g. size worn, fit, or product name.
Maintain a positive, confident, and brand-aligned tone.

CAPTIONS

Keep captions short, descriptive, and engaging - highlight:

The product and occasion
Personal styling or fit details.
Emotion or excitement about wearing Nadias Evening.
Place @nadiasevening near the start of the caption (above the "more" fold).

STYLING & PRESENTATION

Footwear and accessories should align with Nadia's aesthetic — heels are preferred unless otherwise agreed.
Dresses should be styled to clearly highlight the design, fit, and details. Please avoid obscuring any part of the dress with jackets, crossed arms, or accessories unless approved in advance.

Content Usage & Rights

Nadia's Evening may repurpose, share, edit, and use the influencer's content across Nadia's Evenings marketing channels, including:

Social media (organic and paid)
Website and newsletters
Digital and print campaigns

Nadia's will credit the influencer where reasonably possible.

The influencer agrees not to request removal, modification, or compensation for future use of the created content.

Brand Representation

THE INFLUENCER AGREES TO:

Represent Nadia's Evening in a positive, aspirational, and brand-aligned manner.
Avoid any actions, content, or statements that could harm Nadia's Evenings image or reputation.
Create content that celebrates each dress and inspires women to feel confident, radiant, and unforgettable.

Confidentiality

All information shared by Nadia's Evening (including product details, launch information, or campaign briefs) is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without Nadia's Evenings written consent.

General Terms

This collaboration is non-exclusive and non-monetary.
Nadia's reserves the right to withdraw from the collaboration if these terms are not met.
Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing by Nadia's Evening.
