ONLINE PURCHASES
Ready-to-Ship Items
Returns
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange or refund
- After 14 days, returns will not be accepted
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items must be in new, original condition with all tags attached
- Items must not be worn, used, altered, or washed
How to Initiate a Return
- Open your order confirmation email or visit our website
- Click on 'Profile' or 'Sign In' and enter your purchase email
- A login code will be sent to you
- Once logged in, select the item you wish to return or exchange
If you encounter any difficulties with this process:
- Email operations@nadiasevening.com with your order number in the subject line
- Include the reason for your return and any relevant details
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Return Labels
- Pre-paid return labels will be emailed within two business days of your return request
- Use the provided label and appropriate carrier
- Remove any old shipping labels from the package
- We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt to verify your return was postmarked within the return window
Refunds
- Standard refunds: issued to your original payment method minus a $9.95 return fee
- Store credit: available as an alternative refund method (no return fee)
- Processing time: 10-14 business days after your return reaches our warehouse
- Confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued
Made-to-Order and Designer Items
Order Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour cancellation window: You have exactly 48 hours (2 days) from purchase time to cancel
- After 48 hours: Orders are considered confirmed and typically placed with our designer/manufacturer
- Late cancellation fee: If cancellation is requested after 48 hours but before the order is placed (rare occurrence), a 25% cancellation fee applies
- No cancellations: Once placed with our designer/manufacturer, no cancellations accepted, full payment required
Returns on Made-to-Order Items
- Made-to-order and designer items are FINAL SALE
- Returns only accepted for manufacturing defects
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item by emailing operations@nadiasevening.com
International Orders
Shipping and Insurance
- All shipping costs and insurance for international orders are the customer's responsibility
- Our team will provide exact shipping and insurance quotes for each order
- Orders will not be processed until shipping and insurance costs are approved and paid
Customs and Duties
- All customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility
- We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue merchandise to avoid customs fees
Returned International Orders
If an international order is returned to us due to customs issues, address problems, or delivery refusal:
- 75% of the item cost will be forfeited (covers return shipping costs and restocking fees)
- The remaining 25% will be issued as store credit only
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Eligible Items
- Standard items: Available for same style in different size within 14 days of delivery
- Sale items: Eligible for size exchanges, subject to availability
- Made-to-order and designer items: NOT eligible for exchanges
Exchange Process
- Follow the same online process as returns
- When selecting a reason, choose one of the options related to sizing
- Once we receive your original returned item, we'll ship your new size at no cost and email you tracking information

- Specify which size you would like to exchange your item for
- Our team will guide you through the return and exchange process
Product-Specific Policies
Sale Items
- Exchanges: Eligible for size exchanges only, subject to availability
- All sales are final. Refunds are not issued; however, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit in certain cases.
- Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
- Contract Requirement for Sale Items: For all sale items, including sample sale gowns, a purchase contract must be signed within 7 business days of purchase.
- Failure to sign and return the contract within this period will result in the order being forfeited and canceled without a refund. We will make multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone to complete this process.
Accessories & Undergarments
- For health and hygiene reasons, all accessories and undergarments CANNOT be returned, including but not limited to:
- Any undergarments or intimate apparel
- All jewelry and accessories (bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc.)
- Headwear and hair accessories
- Belts, gloves, and other body accessories
- Small leather goods and novelty items
Return Requirements
All returns must meet these conditions to be accepted:
- Within the stated return window (14 days for most items)
- New condition with all original tags attached
- No signs of wear or use
- No damage, scuffs, or markings
- No makeup, hair, fiber, dander, dust, dirt, deodorant, or perfume
- Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted or refunded
Disputes and Chargebacks
By placing an order with Nadia S Evening, you agree to our return policy terms. Any disputes regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges must be addressed directly with our team at operations@nadiasevening.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback in violation of our clearly stated policies may result in:
- Forfeiture of return eligibility
- Prohibition from future purchases
- Additional administrative fees
