By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this return policy.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Returns

  • A return must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your item (based on delivery confirmation)
  • Once approved, the item must be dropped off with the carrier and scanned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
  • Returns that are requested late or not handed off to the carrier within the 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be in new, original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must not be worn, used, altered, or washed

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Open your order confirmation email or visit our website
    2. Click on 'Profile' or 'Sign In' and enter your purchase email
    3. A login code will be sent to your inbox
    4. Once logged in, select the item you wish to return or exchange

    If you encounter any issues:

    • Email operations@nadiasevening.com with your order number in the subject line
    • Include the reason for return and any relevant details
    • Our team will guide you through the next steps

    Return Labels

    • Pre-paid return labels will be emailed within 2 business days of your return request
    • Use the provided label and designated carrier only
    • Remove any old shipping labels from the package
    • We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt for verification purposes

    Refunds

    • Standard refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a $9.95 return fee
    • Store credit is available as an alternative refund method (no return fee applied)
    • Please allow 10–14 business days for processing after your return arrives at our facility
    • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed

    EXCHANGES

    Eligible Items

    • Standard items: Available for same style/alternate size within 14 days
    • Sale items: Eligible for size exchanges only, subject to availability
    • Made-to-order and designer items: NOT eligible for exchanges

    How to Exchange

    1. Follow the same process as returns
    2. Choose a sizing-related reason during your return process
    3. Once your original item is received, the new size will be shipped at no additional cost
    4. You'll receive tracking information by email

    If you encounter any difficulties:

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

    Sample Sale Bridal Items

    • All sample sale bridal gowns are FINAL SALE and sold as-is
    • These gowns may show minor signs of wear from showroom use
    • Please review all photos, descriptions, and sizing carefully before purchase

    Contract Requirement

    • A signed purchase contract is required for all sample sale bridal purchases
    • The contract will be emailed within 2 business days of your order
    • It must be signed and returned within 7 business days of purchase
    • Failure to return the signed contract will result in order cancellation without a refund
    • We will make multiple contact attempts via email and phone to complete this step

    Condition Expectations

    Sample sale gowns may include but are not limited to:

    • Minor pulls, loose threads, or missing beads
    • Gently worn hemlines or interior markings
    • Alteration tags or hanger straps

    Idina Bride Collection

    • All dresses from the Idina Bride collection are FINAL SALE
    • No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for these items
    • Carefully review all product details and sizing information before purchasing
    • By purchasing an Idina Bride dress, you explicitly acknowledge this no-return policy

    Made-to-Order and Designer Items

    Order Cancellation Policy

    • You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order
    • After 48 hours, the order is considered confirmed and typically placed with our designer
    • If cancellation is requested after 48 hours but before the order is submitted, a 25% cancellation fee applies
    • No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed with the designer

    Returns on Made-to-Order Items

    Accessories & Undergarments

    Due to hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Undergarments or intimate apparel
    • Jewelry and accessories (bracelets, earrings, necklaces, handbags & clutches, etc.)
    • Headwear, hair accessories, belts, gloves
    • Small leather goods and novelty items

    Sale Items

    • Exchanges only: Eligible for same style/alternate size, subject to availability
    • No refunds. At our discretion, we may offer store credit (non-transferable, expires in 12 months)

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Shipping and Insurance

    • All shipping and insurance costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility
    • Our team will provide exact quotes before processing your order
    • Orders will only be processed once shipping and insurance fees are approved and paid

    Customs and Duties

    • All customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility
    • We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue merchandise
    • By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for all import-related costs

    Returned International Orders

    If an international order is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs, duties, or taxes, or for reasons including incorrect address, non-collection, or delivery refusal:

    • 75% of the item cost will be forfeited (covers return shipping and restocking)
    • The remaining 25% will be issued as store credit only
    • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable

    RETURN REQUIREMENTS

    All returns must:

    • Be initiated within the stated return window
    • Be in new condition with original tags
    • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
    • Be free from makeup, deodorant, hair, perfume, dust, or other residues

    Returns not meeting these standards will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense with no refund issued.

    DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

    By placing an order, you agree to abide by these policies and to resolve any issues directly with our customer service team before seeking third-party intervention.

    If you have concerns regarding your return, refund, or exchange:

    • Contact operations@nadiasevening.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute
    • Provide your order number and detailed information about your concern
    • Allow our team 5 business days to respond and resolve the issue

    Initiating a chargeback in violation of our policies may result in:

    • Immediate forfeiture of return eligibility
    • Additional administrative fees of up to $50
    • Referral to collections for the full purchase amount
    • Retention of all evidence of purchase, delivery confirmation, and policy acknowledgment for dispute resolution

    We maintain detailed records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and policy acknowledgments which will be used to contest any improper chargebacks.

    • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days

    EXCEPTIONS

    If you believe you've received a defective item or there was a shipping error:

    • Email operations@nadiasevening.com immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
    • Include your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue
    • Do not alter, wear, or damage the item while waiting for a resolution
    • Our team will work with you to resolve legitimate issues promptly

    This return policy is subject to change without notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
