Please review the product description before ordering, as processing times vary by product.

In-stock and ready-to-ship items usually ship the same or next business day. Certain products, including some accessories, may require an additional 3–5 business days.

Designer pre-order and made-to-order gowns follow the estimated production and shipping timeline listed in the product description.

Certain products display only a 7–15 Business Day shipping option because they are made after the order is placed. This option will be shown on the applicable product and at checkout.

Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and import fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders cannot be refunded when they are not received because duties or import fees were not paid. If a shipment is refused, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and applicable import fees will be deducted from the refund after the package is returned to us.
Import fees vary by country. Please contact your local customs office or shipping carrier for an estimate.
Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Once your order is in transit, please use the tracking link for the latest delivery updates. If there is a delivery issue, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays are outside our control and do not qualify an order for a refund.
Signature Requirement
Orders valued at more than $1,000 USD require a signature upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking notifications to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a notice or hold the package at a local facility. Please contact the carrier to arrange collection or redelivery.
