   • We recommend ordering at least 8 months before your wedding
   • We cannot be responsible for delays at the designer level
4. Shipping
   • You'll be notified when your gown ships to our store and when it ships to you
   • All shipments require insurance (charged separately at time of shipping)
   • Insurance costs are based on gown value and are non-refundable
