3. Production Timeline

     Standard production timeline: 6–7 months
     Orders are placed with the designer on scheduled ordering cycles.
     Delivery timing depends on when your order falls within that cycle.

     Vivienne Westwood
     Standard production timeline: 21-22 weeks

     Viktor & Rolf
     Standard production timeline: 22 weeks

     Daalarna
     Standard production timeline: 20–24 weeks
     

     Mia Lavi
     Standard production timeline: 12 weeks

4. Rush Orders: 

   Rush production options and rush fees may be offered for all designers, depending on the designer’s current capacity and production schedule.

   If your wedding date is approaching, please contact us before placing your order.
   We will do our best to explore rush options and provide the most accurate timeline for your gown.

5. Shipping
   • You'll be notified when your gown ships to our store and when it ships to you
   • All shipments require insurance (charged separately at time of shipping)
   • Insurance costs are based on gown value and are non-refundable
